Job Summary:
DT Professional Services is seeking a Network Analyst to support the Department of Navy’s Commander, Operational Test and Evaluation Force (COMOPTEVFOR).
The Network Analyst will provide configuration, testing, technical support services and administrative support.
A DoD issued Secret Clearance is required.

Responsibilities:
Provide daily administration for Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Windows Software Update Server (WSUS) products installed on OPTEVFOR servers
Analyzes SCCM deployment failures and takes corrective actions
Monitors and troubleshoots systems health and availability; recovers data in the event of hardware or software failures
Update Microsoft Endpoint Manager/SCCM servers with the latest software patches and fixes
Build and deploy SCCM installation packages for application updates and patches as well as operating system updates
Validate successful deployment of software update packages through the use of reporting tools
Manage software distribution and hardware/software inventories using Endpoint Manager/SCCM
Provide computer operations and customer support services for the Endpoint Manager/SCCM infrastructure and assist with modifying and creating software application packages and scripts
Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software to resolve issues for staff via phone, in person, or electronically
Perform hardware and software installations, configurations and updates as needed
Provide a monthly status report which contains the progress of work on assigned tasks and future work plans for the upcoming month
Other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications:
An Active DoD issued Secret Security clearance is required
2 years’ experience with configuring and maintaining Microsoft Windows 10 or higher
3 years’ experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
Must have the Microsoft 365 Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certification
Must have the proper and current cyber security qualifications to perform IT privileged administrative functions in accordance with the DoD Cyberspace Workforce Framework (DCWF) and the DoDM 8140.

Must meet the applicable DCWF Work Role [441] Foundation Qualifications Intermediate which include:
Education: Associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university.
When used to satisfy the foundational portion of qualification, the degree must be conferred within the past 5 years by an institution of higher education that is accredited by a nationally-recognized accreditor, unless continuous work in the relevant discipline can be demonstrated; OR

Personnel Certification: EC-Council Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) or Logical Operations CyberSec First Responder (CFR) or CompTIA Cloud+ or GIAC GLOBAL INDUSTRY CYBER SECURITY PROFESSIONAL (GICSP) or (ISC)2 SYSTEMS SECURITY CERTIFIED PRACTITIONER (SSCP)
The compensation range for this position: $60,000 to $72,000 annually.
