Accounts Payable TechOps Analyst
The Opportunity:
As a professional in Business Services, you have the experience and skills to ensure our Delivery Hub operations are effective, efficient, timely, and valuable for internal and external clients.
You know how to interface with internal and external customers and leadership to understand needs and gain insight on Business Services performance.
As a member of the Accounts Payable TechOps Team, you will perform administrative, processing, and auditing responsibilities, including functional application administration, functional reporting and analytics development, process and reporting automation, audit assistance, and end user support.
How You’ll Contribute: Serve as the primary administrator for AP technologies, such as Concur, Ivalua, and Oversight.
Support system configurations, enhancements, and upgrades, working closely with IT and vendors.
Monitor AP technologies compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Develop intelligence reports for respective AP systems and teams.
Participate in projects to automate AP processes and reporting.
Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
Coordinate with functional teams, IT, and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
Develop user guides, FAQs, and training materials to enhance system understanding and usage.
Collaborate in the preparation of documentation for SOX audits.
Collaborate with other Finance teams on AP analysis.
Identify and recommend system enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

You Have: 3+ years of experience with accounts payable Experience with system administration and configuration Experience with reporting tools, data analysis, and dashboard creation Experience supporting system implementation and upgrades Experience with Microsoft, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively Ability to identify and drive process improvements forward Ability to pay attention to detail and accuracy HS diploma or GED Nice to Have: Experience with Ivalua, Costpoint, Concur and Oversight Experience with electronic invoicing platforms, such as Transcepta Knowledge of ePayables and related platforms Knowledge of Government Contracting compliance Bachelor’s degree Create Your Career: Grow With Us Your growth matters to us—that’s why we offer a variety of ways for you to develop your career.

The projected compensation range for this position is $52,100.
00 to $119,000.
