Project Control Organization and Financial Analyst
Key Role:
Maintain responsibility for a wide variety of detailed financial and administrative activities for relatively large or complex programs, organizations, or proposals.
Provide analytical support for budget preparation and analyze budget expenditures.
Recommend procedures to be used to monitor programs, organizations, or proposals.
Interpret and implement cost proposal estimating, pricing, and documentation requirements.
Define parameters for estimate preparation, as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience with financial management or program control
Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple activities with varying due dates for deliverables
Ability to identify, research, and solve financial problems
Ability to obtain a security clearance
HS diploma or GED and 2+ years of experience with financial management or program control or a Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience with progressive government contract financial management
Experience with cost estimating or financial management for professional services in a DoD environment, including IDIQ professional services at task order level with multiple subcontractors
Experience with applying formulas and functions to calculations and analysis in Microsoft Excel
Ability to accomplish financial forecasts based on bottom-up analysis and historical trends

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $65,300.
00 to $149,000.
