*Responsibilities:*
- Assist clients in accessing and navigating social services, such as housing assistance, food programs, healthcare, or job training.
Provide information and support to individuals seeking help.
*- * Perform administrative tasks, such as maintaining client records, filing documents, scheduling appointments, and managing databases.
Assist in preparing reports or correspondence related to client services.
*- * Interact with clients in-person, over the phone, or via email, providing guidance, answering inquiries, and offering support.
Communicate effectively to understand and address clients' needs.
*- *Connect clients with appropriate community resources, organizations, or government agencies that can provide assistance or services based on their specific needs or situations.
*- *Collaborate with social workers, counselors, or case managers to support the overall functioning of the department or organization.
Assist in coordinating services and providing additional help as needed.
*Qualifications: *
Perform duties in the delivery of outpatient and community based Behavioral Health services, primarily direct care or direct services in the community.
High school diploma or equivalency required.
