This positions requires an individual that is organized with the ability to multi-task and also possess good customer and communication skills.
Joining the accounting team will provide you with a rewarding work environment, excellent pay and benefits! This position will primarily work with our Finance Director other members of the accounting team.
Key Responsibilities * Process accounts receivable transactions * Prepare cash receipts for processing * Perform account reconciliations in a timely and accurate manner * Continuous evaluation of current policies and recommendations for process improvements * Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner * Provide support for internal and external audits * Job duties, responsibilities, specifications, and other job aspects may be changed as needed; performs other duties as assigned.
* 2-3 years of relevant, hands-on accounting experience * Proficient to advanced knowledge of MS Office Applications including Excel * Experience with Sage 100 ERP (preferred) or other accounting software * Proven ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Excellent organizational and analytical skills * Knowledge of GAAP accounting standards * Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy * Possess high ethical standard and integrity Job Type: Full-time Pay: $21.
