*Essential Functions:*

* Identifies opportunities for cross-selling
* Manage the day-to-day customer relationship, ensuring all communications and requests are met in a professional and timely
* Identify and streamline workflow internally and with the customers
* Ensure rush orders are completed to ensure receipt no later than customers requested date.
* Initiate return authorizations, call tags and credit approval for returned items for assigned accounts.
* Performing Administrative Activities - Performing day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining in formation files and processing
*Tasks and Responsibilities*:
* · Must be able to interact with customers by phone or in person.
* · Provide information in response to inquiries about product and services.
* · Maintenance of the Desk top procedures.
* · Handle and resolve customer complaints.
* · Communicate all information to customer service personnel regarding new products.
* · Ensure that each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a friendly environment.
* · Authorize and ensure validity of customer returns, exchanges, check authorizations, credit authorizations and voids.
* · Comply with established Company policies.
* · Help solve problems that affect the service, efficiency, and productivity of the customer service department.
* · Receive and process orders.
* · Assist customers in navigating the internet site.
* · Search for files and related paperwork in providing customer service.
* · Any other tasks as assigned to include but are not limited to: order checking, assisting other departments, order entry, open order resolution, return authorizations, internet operations, and data synchronization.
