Position Summary/Objective
Compiles information and prepares spreadsheets
Performs clerical duties such as maintaining Accounting Department files and reading and routing incoming mail
Prepare invoices
Performs account and general ledger reconciliations
Qualifications
High school degree and Accounting Bachelors degree program
Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Ability to multi-task and work in high pressure environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
